Since everyone "Loves" Grazing and Charcuterie but doesn't know really how to do it, I decided to teach others so they can enjoy the same thing (as much as they can) no matter where in the world they are!
Today's post is going to be for one of my August Boards of the Month- International Beer Day! Comes with the cute coaster too!
To start I used dried apricots, to mimic a beer color. Added my honey jar w/dipper in the bottom corner. I used @traderjoes Fig & Olive Crackers and Salame di Parma.
In the next picture I used @Traderjoes Mini Bries (their so cute and tasty!) I put them at the top to resemble "foam" from the beer. I added Mini cucumber slices, dark purple grapes, French Cornichons and rolled some Chorizo Salami slices.
To Finish it off, I added some fresh rosemary and basil from my garden, blueberries, prosciutto roses (prosciutto wrapped around a grape), salami rolled, @traderjoes Roasted Red Pepper Bruschetta dip, star shaped cheese crackers.
I used the mini margarita glasses you can get in the wedding section @hobbylobby to give the red pepper dip some height.
That's it! I hope this helps you with your National Beer Day Board Order!
